We believe clients should understand what they pay before they commit. This page explains how our legal fees work and how they sit alongside the other costs of a citizenship or residence application.

Our fee depends on the program, the size of your family, and the complexity of your source-of-funds file. After a free confidential assessment of your case, we give you a written, fixed quote for our legal work — so you know the figure before any engagement begins.

What is separate from our fee

The headline investment figure of a program is never the total cost. The following are set by the government or third parties and are separate from our legal fee:

  • Government contribution or qualifying investment (donation or real estate)
  • Due-diligence fees, charged per applicant and per adult dependant
  • Government processing, certificate, and passport fees
  • Third-party costs such as medical certificates, document legalisation, and translation

Current investment amounts by country are set out on our citizenship by investment page.

No hidden charges

We do not add success fees or undisclosed mark-ups, and we do not promise an outcome. If your case changes scope, we agree any change in writing before doing the work.
