This page explains how content on Global Citizenship Lawyers is created, reviewed, and kept current. Because citizenship, immigration, and investment decisions carry real legal and financial consequences, we hold our guides to the same standard we apply to client files.
Who writes our content
Our guides are written by the firm’s citizenship and immigration lawyers and by legal writers working under their supervision. Each article carries an author, and the author’s profile links to their qualifications and area of practice.
How we review and update
Before publication, a qualified lawyer checks each guide against the current rules of the relevant program. When a country changes its investment thresholds, due-diligence requirements, or processing rules, we revise the affected pages and update the “last modified” date. We do not leave outdated program conditions live.
Sources we rely on
We base statements on official program rules, government and regulator publications, and our own case experience. We do not publish invented statistics, case numbers, or guarantees. Where a point depends on individual circumstances, we say so rather than state it as a universal rule.
Corrections
If you spot an error, contact us and we will review and correct it. Our guides are general information, not legal advice for your specific situation — for that, request a confidential assessment.
